MENU (after 6PM) Small Plates to pair with wine

12 each                                                                                                                            Cheese Plate Selections with olives, marinated vegetables & spreads. Served with Rosemary flatbread.  

 Mediterranean Special with Hummus, Tatziki, Kalamata Tapenade, Red Peppers, Muhammara & Baba Ganoush, served with pita crisps

7 each                                                                                                                                 Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon & Boursin Cheese, garnished with capers & served with crostini

 6 each                                                                                                                                 Roasted Nuts: Cashew, Almond, Hazel, & Macadamia

Hummus & Organic Pita Chips garnished with gourmet olive oil & smoked paprika

Dessert Plates

8 each                                                                                                                                      Pecan Encrusted French Brie & Buttery Crisps with Wine-infused fruits: fig, plum, apricot, cherry

Parfait of Chocolate Ganache & Caramel topped with whipped cream

 Four THEO’s (Seattle’s famous chocolatier)

Truffles: Noir (dark chocolate) or Scotch-infused, Caramels: Pink-salted or Ghost Chilisalted
